Vegan Cheesecake

Vegan Cheesecake. For this i use my vegan digestive biscuits recipe but you could also use vegan graham crackers , or to make life easier you can use store bought digestive biscuits or graham crackers (some are accidentally vegan). It’s thick, creamy, and rich, without being heavy at all.

Unlike many vegan desserts, this cheesecake is made with no dairy, no nuts, and definitely no tofu. (trust me!) if you love vegan baking, make sure you grab a copy of my free vegan baking cheat sheet while you're here. Transfer to a medium bowl and fold in maple syrup, salt, and almond butter.

Add a bit more water if needed.


Add oats, almonds, sea salt, and coconut sugar to a high speed blender and mix on high until a fine meal is achieved. As i was using mini pie crusts, i cut the baking time to 15 mins. Gather all of your ingredients, and preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Add the melted chocolate mixture and blend. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350 degrees f (176 c) and line a standard loaf pan (or 8×8 inch baking dish // adjust number/size of pan if altering batch size) with parchment paper. This vegan new york cheesecake is surprisingly easy to make.

Line the bottom of the pan with some parchment paper, and spray lightly with oil (photo 1).


Pulse oats, almonds, and coconut flakes in a food processor until fine crumbs form. This is so so easy to make. But this time it’s of course a vegan version:

Now i can give a piece of vegan cheesecake to my son (who have problem with dairy and egg) when i'm eating the real cheesecake and not feeling guilty about it. Preheat the oven to 350ºf or 180ºc. 2 place all crust ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture forms a ball.

So, whether you’re vegan or not, this rich vanilla cheesecake is not to be missed.


Preheat your oven to 350. This vegan cheesecake recipe was actually inspired by the cheesecake factory’s new york style cheesecake , which has the most delicious flavor (and also was the only vegan option available there!).
