Easter is less than 1 week away and if you’re anything like me, easy appetizers are always a must. Lightly roll a strip into a log, then tie the log into a loose slip knot. Garlic knots are a beloved classic pizzeria snack that can easily be recreated at home.

Brush on top of all garlic knots.


Infuse the garlic oil in a small bowl combine 1/3 cup olive oil with 4 cloves of grated garlic. Sprinkle with cheese and serve warm! Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.

Remove from the stove and stir in parsley.


Bake for 20 minutes, or until knots are golden brown and firm. Great garlic knots they are indeed! 13 of 13 all done!

Baked garlic knots can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
